About Me

I teach microbiology laboratory courses at the University of Pittsburgh. I have a BA in English and a BS in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin; and a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. For my graduate work, I studied tail length determination and head assembly of the famous bacteriophage HK97.
